Algeria, forerunner letter sent from Sardinian consul in Algiers, dated 15/August/1828 to Marseille via Tuscany with splendid seal of Algiers Sardinian Consulate and rectangle framed seal "LAZZARETTO DI SAN ROCCO LIVORNO" certifying the successful disinfection in the Tuscan City. RARE ALGERIAN FORERUNNER LETTER VIA TUSCANY.

Algeria, forerunner letter sent from the Sardinian consul in Algiers, dated 3/August/1829 to Marseille with mark of the Sardinian Consulate in Algiers and rectangular framed seal "PAYS D'OUTRE MER PAR TOULON". Mute entry postmark in black dated 7 SEP 1829 repeated on the back the next day, handwritten fee of 4 decimes of Franc and horizontal slitting attesting the disinfection that occurred in Toulon. RARE ALGERIAN FORERUNNER LETTER.

Jordan 1923 MH, pair of Hejaz 1½ Piastre lilac stamp, overprinted "Arab Government of the East 9 Sha'ban 1341" also resulting decal on the gum side. In the left stamp on the right side of the word "Hukumat", clearly visible the black ink trace of the typographic dowel's used to space overprints, characteristic only of the stamp in position 27 of the sheet (SG n 92 variety).
